“Client Portals have been a great feature and I’ve received a lot of positive feedback from my clients. Essentially when I onboard somebody, they are already a well qualified lead and most likely will already have an order in the pipeline if I’m onboarding them in my CSKU account. Part of that onboarding process is setting up their client portal and I ensure at least 3 things are set on the portal to make it custom before I send out any presentation or sales orders; their logo is uploaded, I upload a custom portal logo, and I change the colors to one of their primary colors.

When I send them their first presentation, in the email they have the presentation link, the project link, and the client portal link and right away it can set the expectation moving forward for future orders. I’ve experimented with shops and adding collections, but don’t have enough data on those pieces to speak on with regards to the client portal.
