This year, many of us have scrambled to try new things when it comes to our team meetings, particularly our strategy meetings. 

Whether you are a team that is in-person and at the office 100% of the time or whether you are a hybrid team or completely virtual, we are all figuring it out: trying to find the best way forward to work on strategy together while maintaining a strong culture.

A few weeks ago, the commonsku team gathered together at the beautiful Evergreen Brickworks in Toronto for our year-end celebration and 2023 strategy kick-off meeting. It was two full days of solid planning plus plenty of fun and laughs over dinner and drinks, and most importantly, it was a time to connect in person with our team.
